We had many friends there as painters, sculptors and other artists. I passed very good time and we gave a gift to the municipality , a mosaic chair!
We are going to Usak again as it was in the last year. Now there is an art fest there and a lot of artists will be present to show some art make art and make people included to the arts.
This year we as mosaicists are with our society Anatolian Mosaic Artists Association. This an honour for us to get it established the association.
The picture shows the armchair that will be completed with mosaic and ceramic tiles at Usak!
Uşak is a city of firsts and we -a group of Turkish mosaic artists – went there to make an exhibition concerning the mosaic art camp. We visited the Karun tresures museum, listened to the concert of some local TSM groups and toured to a pond. There was a good weather in the last day and we got out and made mosaic workshops with the people of Uşak. We had good time there. Thanks to Uşak municipality and the minister for hosting us for three days in Uşak.

Artist’s words : The turtle is a cosmic figure picturing a planet on my mind and there are two “planetarians” on it. It seems I imagine a world which is on a turtle !!

Artist’s words : In the school whenever I painted a picture, I’ve always drawn trees, mountains and a house, don’t forget the river and this had made my art lesson good enough. So I think this reveals my inner world in picture!
