With Ayşen Bala we decided to participate Sonia’s workshop in Istanbul. We were very excited and I was excited along the workshop day. I felt myself in Harry Potter’s witchcraft school the Hogwarts. So magical and
extraordinary day because Sonia was one of our idols in the world of mosaic and she was in the class telling something, cutting some tiles and looking at us! She gave us some gifts including the golden tiles and the episode was the “alchemist”. We transform the stones to golden in mosaics too,that’s true!
It was a blessing . I’m very happy to meet Sonia in person.
